Temple Ready is scheduling software for stake presidencies of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Members book their own temple recommend interview at a time that suits them, instead of everyone queueing on a single interview night.
What Temple Ready does
Members schedule themselves
Members enter their own details through a public form, then pick from the interview times their stake presidency has opened.
Presidency sets availability
Each presidency member publishes the times and locations they are available, and sees their own day's schedule.
Google Calendar integration
A presidency member can connect their Google Calendar so their existing commitments block scheduling automatically, and so confirmed interviews are written back to their own calendar.
Reminders
Members who opt in receive a text reminder before their interview, so fewer appointments are missed.
